Presenting Wave Whiz

Saiftron Inc. presents Wave Whiz – a powerful, comprehensive, user-friendly, and fully-interactive maximal overlap discrete wavelet transform (MODWT) analysis suite for the Apple iPhone and iPad! The signals to be analyzed can be loaded into the App from digital signal files or via an input console where signal values can be typed in or pasted. Employing Haar, Daubechies, and other filters, Wave Whiz can robustly accomplish tasks like multiresolution analysis (MRA), multiscale analysis of variance (ANOVA), and denoising. The dictionary feature allows the review and examination of all the 25 wavelet/scaling filters (and their frequency responses) that the App supports. Finally, the export functionality enables users to save wavelet data locally on their devices and/or export it through email, iCloud, or third-party Apps like Dropbox.
